Jeffrey White, Principal

Jeff has 25+ years of experience in the management and delivery of technology services. A specialist in enterprise technology infrastructure, communications and networking systems, and security, he has led numerous IT strategic planning, technical architecture development, and RIS / PACS design and implementation initiatives.

Previously, Jeff was a Principal at Aspen Advisors and also held long-term positions at First Consulting Group and EDS International in
Brazil and Singapore.


Guy Scalzi, Principal

Guy has 30 years of healthcare expertise and focuses on strategic planning. Guy began his career as a hospital administrator and went on to co-found DataEase International, a software company. He also served as CIO at New York Presbyterian Hospital, The New York/Cornell Medical Center, and the Hospital for Joint Diseases, at NYU Medical Center. Guy also served as a Principal at Aspen Advisors and Senior Vice President and Managing Director of FCG’s Outsourcing Services division. 

Guy is an expert on information systems planning and governance and published "IT Governance in Hospitals and Health Systems", the HIMSS Book of the Month in November 2014.


Joe Tejeda, Technology Architect

Joe Tejeda has over sixteen years of experience in the delivery of technology services, and has specialized in the area of enterprise technology infrastructure. He has been a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) since year 2000. Joe's major projects have included the architecture development, design and implementation of data networks, voice/video/data converged networks, server infrastructure, application of Internet security, and operational effectiveness in healthcare organizations, banks and government facilities.

The experience of Joe Tejeda makes him one of the top enterprise network engineers globally and he has been selected by Cisco Systems to develop content to include in their rigorous 2-day CCIE exam.
