One of our clients, Inova Health System, a five hospital healthcare organization, had contracted on of the Big Four consulting firms to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP as a replacement of aging Infor (Lawson) systems.
the challenge
After a year into the $92M project, it was realized that the consulting firm was not performing well and the project was at risk of cost overrun of more than 20%. Internal teams and the Big Four consulting firm were at odds with each other and project success was less than 50% probability.

- Providing a very well experienced and strong Program Manager to lead the teams and drive to success
- Inserting five SMEs with extensive Oracle Fusion ERP experience in large healthcare organizations
- Provision of post go-live stabilization and optimization
